QUINCY — Louis Boston leaving Newbury Street for S. Boston waterfront BOSTON –

Upscale clothing retailer Louis Boston is moving from its longtime Newbury Street digs to the South Boston waterfront next spring. The Fallon Co. and Louis Boston owner Debi Greenberg reached a lease agreement for about 20,000 square feet at Fan Pier, which is being developed by Fallon.

Louis Boston is expected to occupy a temporary space until a custom-designed structure can be finished.

Fallon also recently announced that law firm Fish & Richardson will lease 124,000 square feet in the 18-story office building under construction there
